Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a quality issue, we offer a full refund or free replacement. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

For general returns, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included. You will also need to provide the order receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that many of our home products—especially compressed sofas and large foldable furniture—expand significantly after opening.
Because of their size and the high shipping cost involved, once a compressed sofa is opened, it cannot be returned unless there is a product defect or transport damage.

Additionally, once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to stop or cancel the shipment, as these items enter international logistics immediately.
