Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or faulty item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.


Lost Parcels

We offer free replacements for:

  • Parcels confirmed lost in transit

  • Packages that fail to arrive after the maximum shipping window

Please note: thequiethaven is not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Please double-check your address before placing the order.


Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders enter processing and may be handed over for sea shipping. Since ocean freight cannot be stopped mid-transit, we cannot cancel or refund orders once they have shipped.

For compressed sofa products, please note:

  • Once shipped, the item cannot be recalled during ocean transport

  • After unpacking, the sofa expands to a large size

  • Return shipping costs are very high and therefore non-refundable

We kindly ask customers to review product details carefully before completing checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to all European countries via insured ocean freight.


How long does delivery take?

Our home products, including compressed sofas, ship by sea freight.

Estimated delivery time:
📦 25–35 business days (processing + ocean transit)

Shipping times may vary due to:

  • Port congestion

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • International logistics delays

You will receive an email once your order has shipped and another when your tracking number becomes available.
